By 2021, World War has devastated the planet, causing mass extinctions and pushing much of humanity to settle on Mars. Those left on Earth yearn for real animals, but for many, only lifelike robotic replicas—horses, cats, birds, and even humans—are attainable.

These androids, designed to serve Martian colonists, are so advanced that they are virtually indistinguishable from humans. As a result, Earth has banned them, forcing rogue androids to live in secret among humans. Rick Deckard, a government-sanctioned bounty hunter, is tasked with tracking and “retiring” these rogue androids. However, these androids won’t go down without a deadly fight.
