Description
Sealight is a Generation 1 My Little Pony introduced in 1983 as part of the inaugural Sea Ponies set in the United States, alongside Seawinkle and Wavedancer. She features a lavender body with pink hair and matching pink fin tips, embodying the charm of the early Sea Ponies. Designed for water play, Sealight was accompanied by a seashell-shaped float, allowing her to gracefully glide on water surfaces. Her gentle expression and aquatic design made her a beloved character among collectors and fans of the original My Little Pony line.
In 1987, a variant known as Watercolor Baby Sea Pony Sealight was released. This version had a purple body and orange hair, which would change to pink and yellow, respectively, when placed in warm water, adding an interactive element to playtime. These variations highlight the brand’s creativity in offering diverse and engaging toys for children.
