My personal advice is: make a contest for Best Tin Woodman Homemade Costume. People would do anything for a free beer. Even look around their mom’s house for a funnel to stick on top of their heads. Been there.
Going back to the prop, the legendary Ruby Slippers are at the end of 18 inches of leg. They are easy to place under a door or between the sofa’s cushions. This last one will make everyone laugh, except the drunk that probably sit on them. Which will end up on more laughs. Is a win/win situation. You can’t go wrong.
